Dr. Tucker’s 3 Essential Health Tips

I don't know which teacher of mine said, "There are too many vulnerable points of failure that the miracle of life is simply that it survives. If human beings were not self-regulating, self-protective and self-healing, our survival would be measured in hours, not years." We have complicated survival (and longevity) by toxic exposures (food, air, water, etc.) in our environment.


Here are 3 important Tucker Tips to improve your health:



1. Support Your Liver's Detoxifying Functions


Because of our excess processed food and chemical exposures, I want everyone to stay on supplements that support the liver's detoxifying and filtering functions. I recommend EuroMedica's CuraPro, Andrographis, and Clinical OPC taken separately at higher medicinal dosages to protect the liver from oxidative damage and promote healthy liver function. I also encourage organic and whole foods.




2. Keep Your Nervous System Subluxation-Free


For self-regulation, I want your nervous system subluxation-free and your fascial system gliding well. This is where I need to see you in person. Get your nervous system checked by a holistic chiropractor. On each evaluation session with patients, I check the feet, pelvis, spine, and skull.



3. Build Strength and Maintain Balance


For self-protection, I want you well-muscled and maintaining good balance. Make sure you do some strength, cardio, flexibility and balance training at least twice a week (3 times a week is better than 2; 4 times a week is better than 3). Also get recovery time (time alone, with loved friends and family). Self-protection requires recovery time and 'chill' time. Healing requires good blood vessel health, and this is where TECaR therapy, lasers, PEMF, whole body vibration and my skilled hands help.





Keep It Simple


I'm bothered by companies competing for your hard-earned dollars without you doing the basics above. I see a lot of new companies that took 'what's old is new' or 'old school' techniques and methods, rebranded them and market with gimmicky and flashy ads.

Do the best you can to keep it simple: stay on a whole natural foods diet with more fiber than you think you can handle, hydrate well, and take a good daily multivitamin & mineral supplement like EuroMedica's Essential Multivitamin along with the liver support supplements mentioned above.
