We sit together and I listen to everything that brought you here — pain, weight, energy, mobility. I want to understand what's immediately affecting your quality of life before anything else.

A complete plan, built around you
Once I understand your immediate needs, we discuss exercise, diet, supplements, sleep, and anything else that matters to you. You'll leave with a step-by-step process for reclaiming and transforming your body.

Thorough examination
We move through a standing posture evaluation, seated, lying in multiple positions — plus gait analysis, functional movement assessments, and orthopedic and neurological testing.
