I continue to practice full time in West Los Angeles and now once a month in Calabasas, CA. I thought I was going to do less seminar related travel this year, but many great learning opportunities came up for me and I couldn't say no. I'm enjoying several career highlights, one of which is working in Calabasas with 5 other highly skilled expert practitioners (podiatrist, doctor of osteopathy, functional dentist, myofunctional therapists, speech pathologist) doing evaluations on one patient at a time while putting our heads together in real time to create a balanced care plan. You can imagine the time and money savings for the patient and the personalized care we offer.
You can send an email to admin@triplebalanceic.com and
ask for more information.
I'm also doing virtual personalized health consultations for people who need navigating through pain relief, treatment options, and would like guidance in making better health and wellness choices especially before more invasive procedure might be needed.
Please schedule these by contacting Admin@TotalHealthCompany.com

I'm still teaching other doctors, and I enjoy doing my research on pain management, and healthy aging. I read a lot of medical articles, listen to webinars on health and wellness, and I especially like to talk to people into longevity science from around the world. This way I find out what's happening at various research and health centers like RMI in Costa Rica, The SENS Longevity Project in California, The Gladden Longevity Center in Dallas, The Amen Clinics, the Blue Zones, and many others. In my way, I'm helping people create a Blue Zone within their own life.
I notice that many of the chronic conditions like osteoarthritis, degenerative disc diseases, auto-immune diseases, Dementia, and obesity concepts offer a framework highly relevant to my advanced therapies like Laser, TECAR, Shockwave, PEMF, sound frequency, and manual therapies by focusing on repairing and reversing the cellular and molecular damage that underlies joint aging and chronic muscle and bone disease.
For example, I've been following so called "health gurus" like Mark Hyman, Peter Attia, Peter Diamandis, Andrew Huberman, Bryan Johnson, Dave Asprey, Ben Greenfield, etc. for years. Chasing LONGEVITY is exhausting! I can put it all into one model like the SENS Longevity Project and identify seven major categories of age-related damage that we will all be exposed to: cell loss/atrophy, division-obsessed cells, death-resistant cells, mitochondrial dysfunction, intracellular junk, extracellular junk, and extracellular matrix stiffening.
Understanding how cellular damage relates to everyday health conditions empowers you to take targeted action. Below, see how each type of cell damage links to common diagnoses, plus the best natural and supplement strategies for support.
Let's Make It Easier:
If you are my patient, you know I will test you on a little machine with big information that gives me your Phase Angle (body composition analysis device). For more than 30 years I've looked at these reports and I talk about your intracellular and extracellular junk. The extracellular and intracellular junk relates to fascia and what I check on a visit-to-visit basis. I am fascinated by improving your data because extracellular junk creates stiffening and joint dysfunction and improving that is really my lifelong specialty.
Here's How I Relate You & Your Health to My Therapies:
Cellular Repair and Regeneration: Many of my therapies aim to stimulate tissue repair (TECAR, Laser, PEMF, Shockwave) improve mitochondrial function (Laser, PEMF), and enhance cellular communication goals that align directly with healthy aging/longevity focus on repairing cell loss, mitochondrial dysfunction, and fascia extracellular matrix changes.
Clearing Cellular Waste: Frequency-based therapies, shockwave, manual techniques, and modalities that improve circulation may help the body clear intracellular and extracellular waste.
Matrix Remodeling: Approaches like shockwave, TECAR, and manual therapy can address extracellular matrix stiffening and fibrosis.
Senescent Cell Clearance: While most strategies for the removal of old dying cells (senolytic strategies) are pharmacological, my patients are looking for non-drug, more natural and non-invasive therapies that improve tissue health and modulate inflammation (modalities like Shockwave, Laser, TECAR). These may support the body's ability to manage death-resistant cells.
Integrative Potential:
My approach is fundamentally regenerative and preventive, aiming to restore youthful tissue function by targeting the root causes of degeneration. If you are looking for therapies that are supportive or adjunctive strategies that may help slow, prevent, or even partially reverse the accumulation of age-related damage, especially in musculoskeletal and fascial tissues, please call the office 310-444-9393 to schedule an appointment.
Takeaway:
I integrate science and rationale fascial therapy to help patients create a roadmap that supports the use of advanced, regenerative therapies in my practice. By aligning my interventions with the inevitable categories of damage, I see my work as part of a broader, cutting-edge movement toward true tissue rejuvenation and longevity.
