One Leg Heel Raise

Balance on one foot then rise onto ball of foot. Shoes off!

Hold for 2 breaths.
Repeat 10-20 times per side, per set.
One set per session.
Complete 1 session per day.





One Leg Stand

Attempt to balance on one leg, with eyes closed. Shoes off!

Hold for 20 seconds.
Repeat 3 times per side, per set.
One set per session.
Complete 1 session per day.





One Leg Squat

Right knee behind on chair, gently lower body by bending other knee until stretch is felt. Do not allow back to arch.

Hold for 2 breaths.
Repeat 10-20 times per side, per set.
One set per session.
Complete 1 session per day.





Kneeling

Right knee on floor and both hands on forward knee. Look straight ahead and kneel for 20 seconds. Be sure to keep back straight during this exercise.

Hold for 20 seconds.
Repeat 3 times per side, per set.
One set per session.
Complete 1 session per day.
